Here you can find a quick outline of our simple process

You can sit back and relax while we do the work

Step 1  – Design, Consult & Quote

Initially we spend time getting to know what you would like in your kitchen, your vision and your needs & wants. We welcome viewing and discussing your architect’s plans, dimensioned sketches of your space, or a site consultation can be arranged at a convenient time for us to come and visualise your space & measure up.

When we have consultatively reached a design that works for you we invest considerable design time and attention to detail to specify the appropriate cabinetry, hardware, waste bins, sinks, taps and appliances and to obtain quotes for benchtops, and splashbacks. Meeting in our showroom gives us the opportunity to present our initial design concepts and provide a budget estimate, and enables you to see and feel samples of products to bring your design to life.

We communicate with you regularly, presenting professional 3D images which are then followed by detailed plans & elevations and which are yours to take away with you upon your commitment to working with us and paying your initial deposit.

Step 2  – Finalising & Manufacturing

We arrange a time with you for one of our senior team members to meet in your home and complete a final check of all the room measurements, utilities and note any requirements that we need to confirm prior to manufacturing your design. We prefer to complete the final site checks after the walls have been gibbed, but if necessary a stud to stud final site check can be arranged.

Your designer prepares for you a detailed set of final drawings and will go through these with you to ensure that you understand the products and design you are going to receive from us. We ask that you sign off on these final plans, and a copy of the plans are given to you to keep as a reference, and to share with your other trades people involved in the project.

We manufacture your kitchen in our factory, and tentatively book in an installation date to work to. Generally you should allow around 4-6 weeks for the manufacturing process dependant on the materials chosen for your design. You are welcome to arrange a time to visit us and pre inspect the kitchen in the factory prior to your delivery date.

Step 3  – Installation & Signoff

Delivery is arranged the week before your installation date, and at this time you will be asked to pay your final balance of your invoice.  On delivery day we will call you to let you know we are on our way, and our installer will arrive to site and begin your installation.  We have an Installation supervisor who works with you to ensure successful coordination of our installer’s time onsite while working in with your other trades.

Bench top templating, if required, takes place as soon as the cabinets are installed and generally take around 2-3 weeks to be manufactured. If you are having Laminated Benchtops, these will be installed in the same timeframe as the cabinetry.

Once you are fully satisfied that everything has been completed, you sign off completion of your new kitchen and enjoy your lovely new space with your Family & Friends with a fabulous dinner party!!
